The NXT PIUMA ULTRA LIGHT tubes are the evolution of the NXT.
Them are also ideal as an emergency tube thanks to their ultra lightness and compactness.
Them are still about 40% lighter than NXTs.
and about 70% lighter than butyl ones.
Them are also even more compact.
The GRAVEL PIUMA rolled up are 43mm by 35mm. + the valve and them weight 49 g apr.
Them are also more puncture resistant than regular butyl tubes.

TPU is an innovative thermoplastic material, guarantees better puncture resistance, lightness and fast rolling, compared to the usual butyl.
The valve has a diameter of ~ 6,2 mm

ANY TRACES OF SEALANTS PRESENT IN TIRES AND RIMS DO NOT DAMAGE THE NXT TUBE.

EN - WARNING: 1 - Do not inflate the tube outside the tire except during installation. 2 - Do not inflate the NXT inner tube at high pressure outside the tire, as it can deform and irreparably damage the inner tube. MAXIMUM PRESSURE OUTSIDE THE TIRE: 0.3 BAR /4.5 PSI (FIG.1). Only after having completed the NXT inner tube installation process it is possible to increase the pressure. 3 - Only use with tire and rims of compatible size with the NXT inner tube. Use with adequate rim tape. 4 - DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE PRESSURE INDICATED FOR YOUR TIRE AND RIM (FIG.2). It is important to check the tire pressure before every ride. Pay attention to possible pressure increases in particularly high temperatures conditions. 5 - The NXT inner tube conforms to the tire used. The NXT tube can only be reused on other tires of the same size. 6 - Inner tubes are subject to wear. It is recommended to periodically check its integrity. If you see noticeable deformations or excessive wear, replace it. 7 - Do not use pointed tools or metal levers when installing or removing the NXT inner tube, as they could damage it. 8 - Do not remove the inner core of the valve as it can get damaged. The valve of the NXT inner tube is equipped with a fixed, non-removable and non-replaceable valve core. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1 - Check inside the tire, rim and tape for any sharp objectand remove them if any. 2 - Check that the rim tape is correctly seated. (FIG.3). 3 - Inflate the NXT inner tube to a MAXIMUM PRESSURE OF 0.3 BAR / 4.5 PSI with the valve facing inwards. (FIG.4). 4 - Mount the tire on the rim, inserting only one side inside the rim. (FIG.5). 5 - Insert the inner tube between the rim channel and the tire, starting with the valve (FIG.6). Press the valve towards the tire and insert the tire bead into its seat. (FIG.7). Check that the valve is correctly inserted (FIG.8). 6 - Continue inserting the tire bead in both directions for the entire length of the rim, finishing on the side opposite to the valve (FIG.9). During this step it may be necessary to lower the pressure of the inner tube. Be careful not to close the inner tube between the rim and tire edges (FIG.10). 7 - Check that the partially inflated inner tube is correctly inserted inside the tire. The inner tube must not be twisted. 8 - Check that the tire beads are correctly inserted inside their seat, around the entire circumference and on both sides of the rim. 9 - Inflate the tire making sure it inflates evenly. In the event of a patchable puncture, the inner tube can be repaired with the NXT Barbieri repair kit. Do not use conventional patches as they are not suitable for thermoplastic material.
